Live Auctions
What is a live auction?
Many times the listed properties will be offered at a live auction taking place on a specific date. You may participate online or in person. New bids will be added to the web site in order to maintain a current maximum bid price.
In most cases this is not a problem. If this is a property you really want it is suggested that someone appear in person at any live auctions to avoid losing out.

Due to the fact that this information must be sent via phone to be updated online, there are unavoidable delays between the placement of a live bid and it's appearance on line.
The most recent live bid will always take priority over bids that are made online due to this delay.
